LAX PICK-UP INSTRUCTIONS

When you arrive at LAX, head to the inside curb just outside baggage claim. Look for the pink sign labeled “LAX SHUTTLES” and proceed there. You'll find either the Blue Bus marked Green Line or the Metro Connector Shuttle. Board either of these buses, and inform the driver you're getting off at the first stop, the Remote Car Rental Depot. While en route to the depot, please give us a call at 310.295.0505 to let us know you're on your way.

IMPORTANT RENTAL INFORMATION

To complete your rental, you'll need to present your original Valid Driver’s License along with a Major Credit Card or Debit Card. However, please note that we do not accept Debit Cards for Luxury and Exotic Rentals. If you wish to use a debit card, you must have your own verifiable FULL Coverage insurance that transfers to the rental car.

You'll also need to provide proof of automobile coverage, a return flight ticket, and a local address or hotel. If you're a Los Angeles resident, be prepared to show proof of address such as a utility bill.


SECURITY DEPOSIT

For a major credit card, the minimum deposit is $500 plus the rental amount, while for a debit card, it's $1,000 plus the rental amount, applicable only to standard cars. The actual deposit may vary based on the Make, Model, and duration of your rental.

If you're between 21-24 years old, an underage fee starting at $25 per day may apply, depending on the rental vehicle. Additionally, underage renters must have their own full insurance, and only standard cars are available for rental.

(Examples include EDD Cards, Green Dot, Chime, Square App, Venmo, or PayPal)


RENTAL PERIODS

Rental periods are based on 24-hour increments. For instance, if you pick up the car at 9 am, it should be returned by 9 am the following day. Anything beyond a 1-hour grace period will incur an extra day charge.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Please notify us of any cancellations at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this window will result in a charge of two full days or 25% of the total payment made, whichever is greater. The charges will be applied to the card provided at the time of booking.


NO-SHOW POLICY

No refund will be issued in the case of a no-show.


EARLY RETURN

There's no refund for returning the vehicle before the scheduled return date.


AFTER-HOURS RETURNS

Returning the vehicle after our normal office hours will incur an additional $45 charge. Please inform your rental agent at the time of pickup if you anticipate returning the vehicle after regular office hours.


DRIVING AREA  

Vehicles are STRICTLY PROHIBITED for entry into MEXICO or CANADA. EL8 rental cars can only be driven in California and Nevada. Any breach will cause a $200 daily extra charge and will considered as breach of contract.
